Standing

Bishop Fructuosus had it built in the second half of the 7th century to be buried in, and in it he was buried. It is a Greek cross with four equal arms, a central lantern on four horseshoe arches carried up to the dome on pendentives, and domes over the side arms. It stands two kilometres from the centre of Braga.
