The theatre of the city, built between the years 5 and 1 BCE on the slope of the Concepción hill, holding some six thousand. That it existed at all was unknown until the 20th century: it appeared in 1988 under the old town, with a late Roman market, a cathedral and houses built over it. Today it is entered through a museum that descends to the cavea.
