The Tartessian cemetery of the orientalising period, dug since the 1960s on the Cabezo de La Joya, of the 7th and 6th centuries BCE, which buried its dead cremated in urns. It is the fullest evidence of the mixing of the Tartessian world with the Phoenicians who came after. The hill now lies inside the city and there are no ruins to see: what was found, the funerary chariot among it, is in the Museo de Huelva.
