What remains
Standing

A watchtower on El Perdigal beach, a few metres from the water among tamarisks, at the innermost point of the gulf of Almería. Most sources date it to the 16th century; others place it in the 13th, in al-Andalus, which would make it the oldest tower on the Almería coast. It is well preserved, though altered.
