Standing

The country villa of the Nasrid kings, a palace with gardens and orchards east of and above the Alhambra. Its oldest decoration places it at the end of the 13th century, under Muhammad II (1273 to 1302), and later sultans remodelled it. Today its water courts and gardens are open to visitors.
