Eight Phoenician houses on two terraces, with two paved streets between them, of the 9th century BCE. It is one of the few places in Europe where Phoenician domestic architecture can be seen, since almost no built remains of these settlements survive anywhere in the Mediterranean. It lies under the Teatro del Títere on calle San Miguel and can be visited; the tour turns on Mattan, a man of Gadir who died in a fire of the 6th century BCE.
