The remains of the castle of Burŷ al-Ḥakīm, the small Naṣrid town that was part of the Granada frontier line from Algeciras to Olvera until 1292. Cut-down towers, stretches of wall and the gate to the parade ground remain, in a municipal park; a cemetery, now closed, once stood inside.
