The fortress of the walled town of Moclín, the Naṣrids' Ḥiṣn al-Muqlīn, the "fortress of the two eyes", built in the mid 14th century over an earlier one after Castile took Alcaudete, Alcalá la Real and Castillo de Locubín. It keeps the town wall with its double-bent gate tower and the citadel, with a double wall to the south. It passed to the Catholic Monarchs in 1486.
