The remains of the castle of Iznalloz, at the top of the town: a tower of rammed earth and rubble and a bastion of two towers, with the unmistakably Naṣrid technique of stone courses between rammed-earth blocks. Today it is hemmed in by 20th-century houses and suffered an uncontrolled intervention in 1994.
